VERKOOPVOORWAARDEN

1. Deze factuur is betaalbaar in onze handen, te Tielt, netto zonder korting op 30 dagen eind van de maand, tenzij anders vermeld op de factuur. Indien de betaling dan niet heeft plaatsgehad, behouden wij ons het recht voor zonder voorafgaande verwittiging over het bedrag te beschikken.
2. Alle geschillen in verband met deze factuur vallen onder de bevoegdheid van de rechtbanken van het gerechtelijk arrondissement Kortrijk.
3. Bezwaren of terugzendingen worden niet meer aanvaard acht dagen na ontvangst van de goederen.
4. Bij gehele of gedeeltelijke niet-betaling van de schuld op de vervaldag wordt, van rechtswege en zonder ingebrekestelling, het factuurbedrag verhoogd met een rente van 12 % per jaar vanaf deze vervaldag. Bij gebreke aan vermelding van een bijzondere vervaldag wordt deze geacht samen te vallen met de factuur-datum.
5. Bij gehele of gedeeltelijke niet-betaling van de schuld op de vervaldag zonder ernstige redenen wordt, na vergeefse ingebrekestelling, het schuldsaldo verhoogd met 15 % met een minimum van 125 euro en een maximum van 2.000 euro zelfs bij toekenning van termijn van respijt.
6. Door het aanvaarden van deze factuur en van de goederen hierop vermeld, verbindt de koper (grossier of boekhandelaar) zich ertoe,
     a)de door ons vastgestelde verkoopprijs toe te passen bij rechtstreekse of onrechtstreekse verkoop aan particulieren;
     b)zich te houden aan de gebruiken en de beroepsreglementen, in België van kracht in het boekbedrijf.
7. Eigendomsvoorbehoud: de goederen blijven onze eigendommen tot volledige afbetaling van het factuurbedrag.

CONDITIONS DE VENTE

1. La présente facture est payable, au comptant, c.à.d. à Tielt, sans escompte, à 30 jours fin du mois, sauf indication contraire mentionnée sur la facture.
2. Tous litiges seront portés devant les tribunaux de l'arrondissement judiciaire de Courtrai.
3. Toute réclamation, pour être valable, doit nous parvenir endéans la huitaine de la réception des marchandises.
4. En cas de non-paiement total ou partiel dans le délai prescrit, un intérêt de retard de 12 % par an, - sans mise en demeure -, sera porté en compte.
5. Tout montant qui n'est pas payé à l'échéance sera de plein droit et sans mise en demeure, majoré de 15 % avec un minimum de 125 euro et un maximum de 2.000 euro.
6. En acceptant cette facture et les marchandises qui y sont mentionnées, l'acheteur (grossiste ou libraire) s'engage:
     a) à appliquer le prix de vente fixé par nos soins en cas de vente directe ou indirecte à des particuliers.
     b) à respecter les usages et les règlements professionnels en vigueur en Belgique dans le secteur du livre.
7. Restriction au droit de propriété: Les marchandises fournies restent notre entière propriété, jusqu'à paiement complet des factures s'y rapportant.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. This invoice is payable in cash, at Tielt, net and without a discount, within thirty days after the end of the month, unless specified otherwise on the invoice. If payment has not been made by that date, we reserve the right to have the amount at our disposal without prior notice.
2. Any disputes concerning this invoice fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Kortrijk (Courtrai).
3. Objections or returned goods must arrive within seven days after receipt of the goods. Later objections or returned goods will no longer be accepted.
4. In case of full or partial non-payment of the outstanding amount on the due date, an interest of 12% a year will be charged by operation of law and without notice of default, counting from the due date. In the absence of a specified due date, this date is deemed to be the date of the invoice.
5. In case of whole or partial non-payment of the outstanding amount on the due date without serious reasons, and after a notice of default has remained without effect, this amount is increased by 15% with a minimum of 125 euro and a maximum of 2.000 euro even when respite is granted.
6. By accepting this invoice and the goods mentioned on it, the buyer (wholesaler or bookseller) undertakes:
     a) to apply the selling price established by us for direct or indirect sale to private persons;
     b) to observe the customs and professional regulations in force in Belgium in book business.
7. Retention of title; the goods remain in our possession until the invoice amount has been settled in full.
